It's not available for download yet and the next build should/could be the consumer release so the build number is up to guess at this point.

    Jeff
Well, it seems it is actually available... It was a leak to the reviewer it's not available to anyone else yet. It's been leaked.

I've heard it's pretty buggy. It's not too bad but it's seems kind of 'dead in the water'!
Rumor has it that the build has been abandoned and they're moving on to the next one. Beats me though. *Smile
Not much different to fool around with than 9879.

I'd post a bunch of screenshots like all the other sites do but there's nothing really exciting to look at!

  9. Disappointed ... because I checked all the "usual places" that previously had leaks, hoping to do a test install of 9888 to see if it fixed the "keyboard lights" problem -- but none of them had this build. Latest they had was 9879 which I'm already using from the official MS source. Guess I'll have to wait for the new "updates" to come out.

Windows 10 build 9888 shows up with a kernel version of 10

I don't think MS appreciated me running a leaked copy of 9888 cuz weird things started happening (AGAIN!)
Plus the fact that it wasn't a legitimate build so no service or updates were going to happen anyway.
    I've already ditched it.

    Here's some pics anyway:

'Security and Maintenance' icon doesn't reside on the taskbar by default:

Settings are all rolled into one plus the addition of a search bar:

Downloading offline maps, (which Shawn posted about elsewhere), works but is unusable:
