Discus and support Windows 10 Builds 14951/14955 stuck on 0% downloaded in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; Need a fresh build to clear some issues.     Need a fresh build to clear some issues. How can I clear this error/force a download?

    speech languages are not downloading in my new build 14951

    Were you able to successfully update your Mobile to Build 14951 except for the speech languages? You mentioned about Build 14955, did you update to this version after 14951? For reference regarding incomplete downloads, kindly check out this link:

    To run the equivalent of the Windows Update troubleshooter for phones, please go to this link:

    Windows Device Recovery Tool     and download it.

    Upgrade 14955 download stuck at 98%

    I'm currently upgrading from build 14951 to 14955 and download is stuck at 98% for at least 90 minutes. Anybody else having the same issue?
