Windows 10 - can be my UEFI and MBR conflict?

I just ask only. Because on my previous hard drive ( 1 TB HDD ) Windows 7 was working well ( installed on MBR ) and i had never issues with Automatic Repair. Mobo is the same with UEFI still. So it was because Windows 10 is more UEFI compatible? I cant understand this. Maybe because i was dont switching often between UEFI USB to HDD ( MBR ) ?

Fast startup sometimes causes problems when switching between MBR and UEFI

Last question. Somebody said to me :"I would suspect that your memory is still not stable and is randomly corrupting your disk reads or writes, causing the repair loop and other problems" . So it was related to memory in my situation or not necessary? Memtest86 not showing errors.

I will later update my system information, but current i can paste here my pc.

Cpu : 4790k stock good temps
    Ram: 2x8gb DDR3 Kingston Hyperx
    Psu: Corsair 750 RM
Mb: Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark2 UEFI
    SSD: Samsung Evo 250 GB
GPU: Asus Strix 980 Ti Oc

So in one of forums somebody said:":"I would suspect that your memory is still not stable and is randomly corrupting your disk reads or writes, causing the repair loop and other problems" .

So it was related to memory in my situation or not necessary? Memtest86 not showing errors.

    What you think?

    OK i post here:

Windows 8 - Dreaded Automatic Repair of Perpetual Death - Computers components - PriceSpy forum

"I would suspect that your memory is still not stable and is randomly corrupting your disk reads or writes, causing the repair loop and other problems. Problems like this are a big red flag for that sort of thing:

" Sometimes they install . At other times they refuse to unzip , or the OS says theyre corrupt . Or the memory stick theyre on is corrupt and would I like a repair . Repair the memory stick file system? Sure . But once thats done it tell you it found no errors . On a stick it announced was corrupt ."

Try some of the data corruption tests on Data corruption test programs "

He said this about problem with Automatic repair. What do you think? It can be memory related in my situation?

That is a bit difficult to say without more information about the memory test you ran, memory problems could cause various problems. I'm correct if I say you ran MemTest86 and not Memtest86+?
