Windows 10: Windows 10 can't be activated

Hello, Recently I upgraded everything expect SSD and HDD also the graphic cards in my computer, now my windows want's to be activated again and after i write the code I've had it says it's not valid. After running the troubleshooter and selecting that recently I changed the computer specs it says that it can't find any device connected to my account that can be used to activate windows. When I click check different devices connected there is one computer but "versions don't match". What can I do? I've got the product key from a friend who didn't use it, it worked last time and now there's a pr

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
