Windows 10: Windows 10 can't get updates and access internet in Microsoft Store using broadband PPPoE

I have a connection to broadband PPPoE :








But i can't update Windows with it:




And access to internet in Store:



Though installed app from Microsoft store like Instagram works well. I have newest drivers installed:

I am a Windows 10 Pro user. I have a Broadband Internet Connection connected directly to my PC. I had Automatic Broadband (PPPoE) Connection which would dial up at startup on my previous versions of Windows. I used
rasdial feature and Task Scheduler to connect automatically on my previous versions of Windows. But when I tried setting up an Automatic Broadband (PPPoE) Connection on Windows 10, I was unable to do so.

How can I create an Automatic Broadband (PPPoE) Connection on Windows 10?

Thank you! I was able to create an Automatic Broadband (PPPoE) Connection on Windows 10 after
creating a shortcut of my Broadband Connection
and then placing it to the startup folder. However, rasdial feature does not work on Windows 10.

Have you read this support article perchance? Apparently Microsoft addressed this in a cumulative update, as shown here:
