How to stop Java update pop-up notification from unknown publisher on Windows 10

How do I stop getting Java update pop-ups that are from an unknown publisher? I don't trust those.

 

Cannot install Java on Windows 10

When I try to download and install Java from the official Java website in order to see some websites (in my case this would be the interractive scheme of the seats places in Eventim website from which I want to book tickets)

I am continuing to have one and the same errors - UNKNOWN PUBLISHER to the below two files. I am attaching picture - Windows doesn't recognise the publisher.

This is update which is to be made online, so I am not able to download files for the Java setting up. When I try to download java offline, all seems to be allright and then Java is asking me to update for Windows 10 and then I must go to the same online

How do I unblock a publisher in windows 10?

I have gone through the steps as suggested above BUT interestingly don't see an publisher listed under the "Untrusted Publishers" but still get the same error box as shared above.
