Windows 10 can't see other drives

I've just done a clean install of Windows 10 Pro 64 bit onto its own dedicated SSD. In my PC there are three other SSDs:

    -A Windows 7 installation
-A clone of the Windows 7 installation
-A general storage drive, formatted as NTFS

In BIOS I can see all three of the above plus the WIndows 10 SSD. Both of the Windows 7 SSDs boot fine, and from them I can see/access all of the other drives, so there's nothing wrong with any of the drives, SATA cables etc.

The only drive Windows 10 can see is the one it's installed on. None of the others show up in any of the following:

    -File Explorer

    -Disk Management

    -Device Manager

    -Diskpart

Unless I can access these other drives then it'll essentially make Windows 10 useless for my needs. Does anyone know what's going on and how I can fix it?

    :)

    Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
