    Windows 10 causes Outlook 7 to no longer work


    I know that you don't support Outlook 2007.


    However, this is a support issue with Windows 10.


    How can I still have the functionality that I had in Outlook 7 prior to WIndows 10 installation.


    I used to be able to click on links and they would open.


    I am not changing from Outlook 7. At the moment, I need to resend the email to another gmail account to click on the links.

    This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

    The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.

    Nope, you need to install Windows 10 first and make sure the Windows 7 key is transferred to your Windows account after you've installed Windows 10 (not quite sure how that works). I missed the last step and I could not activate Windows 10 after a re-install... Microsoft seem to have done everything they can to make it a PITA. Also, it's technically too late to do this now anyhow, as the upgrade offer has expired. But KMSPico works quite well...

    As for getting rid of Windows, delete the Windows folder.
