    I have recently updated to Windows 10 - that's all good.
    I have Clickfree HD535 which I have used for years - very satisfied.
    Can't seem to download software onto Windows 10.
    This dinasour is lost - help please anyone??

    Facing issue with Clickfree Automatic Backup external hard drive in Windows 10

    I was able to use Clickfree in Windows 10 after I had the same problem which others seem to have encoutnered. After downloading Windows 10 Clickfree worked a few times then I got the "USB not recognized etc."

    I found the answer for me as follows:-

    "Press Window key+E

    Open PC on the left,

    Plug in the Clickfree device

    Under new strorage, device should appear

    Double click on it."

    (in my case, when I plugged in the device to my USB, the icon for Clickfree was there and I simply clicked on it)
