    Windows 10, Computer freezes after playing new game Hogwarts Legacy, now randomly freezes when using computer and stuck in reboot loop for a few minutes. Need to let it rest for a short while before it will be able to start.Had this computer for 5 years now, have been having this problem on and off and no idea how I fixed it every time.Make: Motherboard: Z270MX-Gaming5Processor: Intel R CoreTM i7-7700k CPU @4.20GHzGraphics Card: Geforce RTX 1070 Ram: 16GBOS: Windows 10Have tried many things seen online, please advice.Dump files for the freezes are attached below:https://drive.google.com/

    Windows 10 freezes randomly


    I had already tried turning off fast startup, to no avail.
    Will look at the list you provided, thanks. Hard to do when computer freezes on the Windows loading screen though. *Biggrin
    I had tried that as well... no result.

    Windows 10 freezes randomly

    • Which is the last Windows update build you've applied to the computer?
    • Are there any third party applications that are currently installed?
    Furthermore, we suggest that you do a BIOS update to your computer. Here are the steps:

    • Check the motherboard manufacturer's website to find the specific model of your motherboard.
    • Go to the computer manufacturer's website.
    • Look for the computer model that you're using.
    • You should find any available BIOS update.
