Windows 10: Windows 10 computer is running slow

Most of the games in my windows 10 PC is unresponsive, and PC sometimes working very slow but 3 days ago there was no problem in my PC.For some reason search bar is not working and every time I reboot my PC it says "drive fixing" .I scanned my PC with Malwarebytes but it cant find any virus.Specs: Windows 10 version:Windows 10 Pro CPU: Intel Core i5-10300H 2.50 GHZ GPU:Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 4GB RAM:8 GB

I would suggest you to Run Maintenance task

The Run maintenance task checks issues that might slow down your computer's, such as how many users are currently logged on to the computer and whether multiple programs are running at the same time.

Follow the below steps.

  Press Windows + X on the keyboard.
  
• 
  Select Control Panel.
  
• 
  Select Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on Run maintenance task under
  System and Security.
