Windows 10: windows 10 computer keeps FREEZING. CURSOR can move but all programs and windows is frozen

I have tried COUNTLESS things to fix this issue. many of these forum posts just end up getting basically no answers. any help would be appreciated



all drivers are updated, on the newest version of windows. has frozen >1 time per day for the last 2 wks. almost punched a hole in my drywall. BRAND NEW PC, not a hardware issue.
