Windows 10: Windows 10 Computer will not Boot after clean install

Yesterday my PC crashed and when restarted came up with an error screen and would not boot windows. I tried using the troubleshooting repair menu provided and nothing would work. I created a bootable usb from my other windows 10 pc with the windows application and deleted all the partitions, allowing a fresh install. When the install was complete the computer launched the uefi bios menu, when I exited the menu it just restarts by showing the asus loading and back to the bios menu, unless my bootable usb is in it then it goes back to the windows instillation. Ive tried using the repair tool on the windows insitalliation. Ive tried using CMD to find errors with the boot. Ive tried fixing the bdc and mbr with bootrec /fixboot and /fixmbr but i get a acess denied error, Ive tried rebuilding the bdc by going into disk part and labeling the boot volume and the whole “bcdboot c: /s : /f” (cant remember the exact command but something like that) ive also tried messing with bios options like disabling safe boot or fast boot. I have run out of options and dont know where to go from here. Thanks for your time.

Clean Install Workaround for Vista

You may remember this news story on techPowerUp! a couple of days ago relating to the lack of clean installs when using the Upgrade Editions of Vista, which required an old OS to be installed. However, Paul Thurrott has managed to find a workaround for this issue, which ironically lets users do a clean install Vista without any previous version of Windows, albeit a little tedious. Here are the steps:

• Boot from the Windows Vista Upgrade DVD as normal
• When prompted for a product code, leave this blank
• Select the version of Vista you have purchased and let Vista install
• When you boot to your desktop for the first time, run the Vista setup from Windows
• This time enter your product key
• When asked whether you want to do an Upgrade of Custom install, select custom and choose a clean install
• Windows will now install for a second time and you should be able to activate it

Remember, these steps are only advised for use in order to achieve a clean install of Vista, it is only legal to use the upgrade editions if you have previously purchased the appropriate version of Windows.

Clean Windows 10 (?PRO?) install

I have bought a legit "Windows 10 Pro" key of a key website. It is legit since i'm currently using it for over a year now. I currently have Windows 10 Pro installed on my PC and I want to do a clean install. I just can't find the windows 10 Pro download in the tool. But if i could use a windows 10 pro key with a normal windows 10 install, I'll be good to go.
