    Hardware:

    Motherboard: MSI MPG-X570-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-WIFI - Bios updated, currently on version '7B93v12' released 2019-09-02. (yyyy-mm-dd)
    CPU: Ryzen 3700x
    GPU: RX 5700 XT 8GB
    RAM: 16GB x2 Corsair Vengence LPX 3200mhz
    1TB Samsung NVMe 970 EVO Pro Plus - On latest Firmware
    1TB Samsung 860 EVO - On latest Firmware

    WIndows Version:
    Windows 10 Pro 64bit Version: 1903 (OS Build 18362.10019

    Currently only running 1x 1080p monitor.

    Any ideas on how to resolve these issues? I have played around with different versions of bios/drivers but the issue persists.

    I can provide any more information if needed.

    Things I have tried/done in efforts to curb the issue;

    • Various chkdks commands. Disk integrity is fine.
    • Windows memory diagnostic tools. All tests returned Ok.
    • Windows repair/startup repair. Nothing to fix.
    • Registry cleanup with CCleaner.
    • Various driver/bios version combinations.

    :)
