Windows 10: Windows 10 Crashes when Joining Discord Call with Bluescreen Error DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

This only started to happen a few days ago. I use a bluetooth adapter on my gaming pc, and use bluetooth Sony headphones. Whenever I now join a discord call, my computer freezes completely, then the blue screen pops up and says DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION. This only happens when I am using discord. I don't know if this a PC error or discord. I have tried updating drivers, and Windows is on the lastest version.

Any help would be appreciated.

Because I reinstalled Windows 10.

Last Windows 10 I got a lot of this bluescreen (DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION).

bluescreens occur when playing
games and the battery charger is connected.

 

Can " Bluescreen Error: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION " be prevented BEFORE upgrading to Windows 10?

Was thinking of upgrading while it is free, then stumbled on the news about the problems with

Bluescreen Error: DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

The possible fix instructions seem to be for those who already use Windows 10.

Can those of us yet to upgrade (I have Win7Pro) prevent this issue using the same steps ?

Any simple advice, please.
