    Windows 10 Creators Update: new System Reset option


    Am curious if any other forum members have tried this and welcome comments. I did successfully try it on two different machines - one with a "Vista quad core aged computer, the other with an i5. Took about 30-40 minutes to complete.

    This will be the Creators Update. Follow the instructions to create installation media. I just did a fresh install with that, & it went very well on this Dell Inspiron 3542. It got my drivers right, with a minor glitch on just one
    of them. If you've got wireless, have its password ready (written on the router). Or try your luck pressing the button on the router.

    How can I reset default start menu in windows 10

    Hi,

    I've windows 10 falls creator update installed on my Surface. I wanted to reset the tiles in start menu to default. I've tried various options which are available on internet such as reusing database of new user, but looks like it's useless with falls creator
    update. Looking for ideas or solution on how can I reset start scree/menu.

    Looks like it will work as described and could be a useful feature when transferring ownership of a computer. Still have to manually remove the personal data.

    I do miss the 2 Command Prompt items on the right-click of the Start button in Build 14986, Power Shell seems to take about twice the time to open.
