    Windows 10 critical errors, can't get out of safe mode


    I've been on hold for over 5 hours waiting for Microsoft windows 10 phone support and am still on hold. I got a critical error this morning that my start menu and cortana weren't working. I found numerous websites with the same workaround and put my computer into safe mode, and now it won't connect to the Internet or let me login and I can't get out of safe mode. Please advise.

    I also have the same trouble,can't get out safe mode. The night before everything was working correctly.
