Windows 10: Windows 10 cross play Ark Survival Evolve won't launch

I have recently updated all my drivers and updated my game but it still will not launch. This is the error details from my event viewer. I don't understand what the issue is.

Please note that we have two versions of
ARK: Survival Evolved available on store:

1. Xbox One Enhanced.
   

This particular version is only available on Xbox One. ARK:
Survival Evolved Xbox

1. Xbox Play Anywhere.
   

This version can be downloaded on Xbox as well as Windows PC. ARK: Survival
Evolved Anywhere.



Could you please confirm which of the above versions of ARK: Survival Evolved have you purchased?

Ark: Survival Evolved...will they be able to utilize the Play Anywhere feature?

I would like to know if anyone knows the answer to this question. If someone has previously bought a game that will be on the "Play Anywhere" campaign, in my case, Ark: Survival Evolved...will they be able to utilize the Play Anywhere feature? or is it
only for people that purchase the games compatible with the feature AFTER its launch?
