    Windows 10 Cumulative Update 10/4/2019 (KB4524147) stops printers


    After 2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64 based systems (KB4524147) was installed I could not print on any printer, local or remote. I get a "no printers installed" error but all my printers are visible in my settings menu. When I try to print I get "Active Directory Services is currently unavailable". After I uninstalled the update everything worked again. I think support should look into this.

    2019-09 Cumulative Update KB4524147 installed today. Now the "Copy to My Calendar" function will not work in Outlook in Office 365. I use this function on a daily basis. What gives with this Update ? Haven't found yet any other Outlook functionality that
    is not working. (I'm running a 2011 Model Dell XPS 17 that was upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows7).
