Windows 10: Windows 10 cumulative update KB4494441 fails to install second half

I've been trouble shooting this since it failed,running all the normal things along with SFC and DISM. System shows KB4494441 was Successfully installed on ‎5/‎14/‎2019. Second part is failing to install.

I noticed today that when SFC runs it Loads Servicing stack v10.0.17763.503 and runs based on that which is the KB4494441 version.

When DISM runs it reports that the Image Version is 10.0.17763.379 which is version that was on the computer before the KB4494441 update. Where do I get a version of DISM that will try to repair the right version of Windows? Archie

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

Maybe try with the Windows update mini-tool, found here http://www.techpowerup.com/forums/t...dows-10-automatic-updates-and-spyware.218745/ , thanks to Mussels. it installed perfectly for me last night.

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
