Windows 10: Windows 10 Dark Mode - Default App mode

I am trying to change windows 10 to "dark mode". I went into the colors tab and looked for "default app mode" but it doesn't show up. I have seen people suggest clicking on custom in the color tab to get it to show up but when I click on custom it brings up a another window that still doesn't show default app mode

To get a "dark mode" for file explorer you need to use "Color Filter" in ease of access, and that will change all your color settings on the whole system, icons, wallpaper, settings, app color mode(need to switch to light so it will become dark) inclusive. what it does is just invert all color settings. After switching to invert, you will need to re theme your system.

Turn on dark mode for a specific app only

Is it possible to turn on dark mode only for a specific app say CMD ? I don't want to set dark mode as my default app mode in settings. which will apply dark mode for most of the apps. I'm using Windows 10 Pro Build 1903.
