Windows 10: Windows 10 dark mode

Hello,


Long story short, I used to have dark mode on and it only affects settings menu, I had to format my laptop and reinstall windows 10, but the problem is, now when I turn dark mode on it affects pretty much everything (file explorer, browsers,...etc)


Is there a way to limit it? an app or maybe something I need to change from regedit or cmd? I really don't fancy having everything in dark mode especially in the morning, I just want it to be like before (setting menus only)

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
