Windows 10: Windows 10 Default drivers

Hello everyone,


I have this doubt.


When you install Windows 10 home/pro on a laptop or desktop computer everything works from the beginning. I am taking about the display resolution gets fixed in the next few minutes after installation, the network card, USB ports, etc. start working with no problems.


My question is. Since Widows 10 comes with default drivers, is it needed or makes a difference to download the drivers and install them from the original laptop/desktop manufacturer?

The Ultimate Realtek HD Audio Driver Mod for Windows 10

Hey Dj Urko, I am trying to install the realtek driver and I get the error 0x0001. I have disabled secure boot and Driver signature. I have the latest win 10 build. What am I doing wrong? Can u post the complete list of steps that I have to take? I have an asus z170 with alc1150.
