Windows 10: Windows 10 Default Pictures

Discus and support Windows 10 Default Pictures in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; Nope. I couldn't find them. *Sad PS: I switched from 'Windwos Default' to 'Slideshot' and then back to 'Windows Default' and I got a different...     Windows 10 Default Pictures


    The images used for "Windows Default" option are in the C:\Windows\Web\Screen folder for me.

    That location is empty for me.

    From your first post: "PS: I'm talking about the desktop background pictures and the lock screen pictures" I showed you how to find where your background pictures where located. A program or something must have changed your default locations. You could try searching by file extensions.

    Try searching for .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, .gif, .png .tif and .tiff and see if you can locate them.

    C:\Windows\Web\Screen seems to be for the 'Picture' option.

    They also change, 'cause I couldn't find the awesome picture I had as lock-screen a few hours ago... :\
    Gotta' wait 'till Windows decides to give me that awesome pic again, so I can save it.

    Yeah, it's definitely random pictures at random times.
    You have to go to that folder a grab them at random times. Some nice pics though.

    Windows 10 Default Pictures

    For me, they seem to change once per hour. I checked a few times yesterday and they always seemed to change at some_hour:00. Also, after it changed a few times, I found the picture I was looking for:
