    Windows 10 Degraded Performance with 20H2 update.


    Please Help! My windows 10 display looks blurry and its very slow now and the disk usage is always at 100% but just yesterday it was working fine with no issues. I just turned it on this morning and I don't know what to do anymore I've tried a reset but that doesn't work it just says "There was a problem resetting your pc" and the disk usage in task manger just keeps going up and down all the way to 100%. Ive also tried a system restore through advanced startup but when I enter the recovery key it says it couldn't be unlocked so Idk what to do. I think im being hacked or something ive tried restarting it too from the start menu but the screen resolution looks blurry and degraded and the performance is terrible. Im running the 20H2 update and I have a i3 intel, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, Intel UHD 630 Graphics, Windows 10 64bit Home Edition and its a Dell Inspiron Desktop. I literally haven't done anything but just shut it down yesterday after I was done with my work and now this morning as soon as I turn it on the display and performance is messed up. Yeah but im pretty sure im being hacked by someone and I don't know what to do. I also feel like its because of the 20H2 update too but I just want to be sure because my pc has been slower than usual. Also, now when I shut it down it takes like 2-3 minutes which is longer than usual.
