Windows 10: Windows 10 Desktop "Crashing" randomly

I recently replaced the PSU in my desktop as the previous one had fried, so the one I currently have is stronger if that matters.

Over the past few days, I attempted to play Payday 2 on Steam and it resulted in the computer shortly "crashing". I use quotes because both monitors lose signal and the sound cuts, while the fans are still running and the power remains on. It did this even when I was not running a game, just Discord and Chrome.
Specs -
Running an HP Pavilion p6210y slightly modified

GeForce GT 730 GPU
AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 620 Processor 2.60 GHZ

6 GB of ram

If it means anything, my monitors are a small HDMI TV and a VGA monitor with a slightly messed up cord, so it does not display the color red.

The only difference between the old and new PSU is that the new one should be more powerful, and when I bought it, it had "HP Pavilion p6210y replacement power supply" in the title.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

Windows 10 Solitaire Crashes back to the desktop

Has anyone found a solution to this? I have a new laptop with windows 10. Before the anniversary update I could play Solitaire without problem. Now it just crashes randomly back to the desktop. I have tried all of the suggested solutions and none have
worked.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
