Windows 10: windows 10 Device ROOT\SPACEPORT\0000 was migrated...

My internal Disk Drive migrated with CD/DVD ROM drive so I don't think I can uninstall anything because I may lose my Hard drive. Can someone help with this?? I called Microsoft, they didn't know how to fix it. This happened before I upgraded to 1903 Update. I don't know how it happened, but how to fix it. Thank you.

The Event ID 440 usually means that the log file is damaged and cannot be used. As you mentioned that you got an error message: Device root/JUNGO/0000 was migrated, I would suggest you to download the drivers from the manufacturer’s website and
install it again. Also please help us with the following information so that we have a better understanding of the issue:

1. Which version of Windows 10 are you using?
   

Note: To check the version of windows, open run dialog box (by pressing Windows key + R) and type “Winver”.

1. What is the make and model number of 3D scanner?
   
2. Have you tried any troubleshooting steps?
