Windows 10: Windows 10 Direct X/internal system error help!

Just got a new laptop and was trying to run a game. after installation is was given this message

The code execution cannot proceed because d3dx10_43.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

After doing some digging I found it was a DirectX issue and tried to update/install the missing dll. every attempt leaves me with

An internal system error occurred.

Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem.

---------------------------



As it is I cant get anything to go through. I've run through multiple attempts with and without antivirus and I cant make any headway.

Direct X An Internal System Error Occurred

Hello

I have recently gotten myself a new gaming laptop and instilling games however

upon starting call of duty world at war it did first time setup it was instilling Direct X then a error box came up saying

Direct X Setup

An Internal System Error Occurred

Please refer to DXerror.log and DirectX.log in your windows folder to determine problem

After pressing it will come as Installation Failed

It's a HP Omen Laptop

GTX 1060 6GB

8 Ram

Intel Core i7 8750h

1TB HHD

128 SSD

 

Windows 10 shows Direct x 12

I suggest you to follow the below steps and check:

  Press Windows + R keys together.
  
• 
  Type dxdiag in the run prompt and hit enter.
  
• 
  Now check for the version of Direct x.

Direct x error windows 10

I tried downloading OBS(Open Broadcast Software) and i got an error saying i was missing direct x components. So i followed their link to download direct x and i got this error "An internal system error has occurred. Please refer to DXerror.log and Directx.log
in your windows folder to determine problem." I checked my windows folder and the error logs are not there. I already have one version of direct x downloaded but i still cannot download OBS or the components required to download. I tried manually downloading
the direct x components and it did not work.
