Windows 10: Windows 10 Display settings

I have a Windows 10 hp EliteBook laptop that I am trying to use with 2 acer monitors on a mount.


With this computer the displays are numbered #3 on the left side and #2 on the right side. I find this very difficult because I am right handed. I have 2 other computers that when plugged into these same monitors display #2 on the left and #3 on the right How do I change the odd computer to work like the others? There has to be a way to renumber the monitors.

Please don't tell me to go the Display settings and drag the left to the right. The natural flow should be from laptop to #2 then #3 which means #2 should be on the left.

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Display settings

To reset the settings back to default, follow these steps:

• Go to your desktop, right click and select Display Settings.
• Choose the appropriate settings from the options under Display.
