Windows 10: Windows 10 does not loads

Okay, i'll try to make this description as precise as i can.

So, i've got a younger brother, a 15 yo. I live with my grandma; my mom and my brother lives next door, but it's a different household (it might be important?).

Recently, his (brother's) hard drive with long served win7 died. So, we got a new 2T WD 3.5 hard drive for his PC. Win7 licence key is long lost + my brother didn't really had a Microsoft account. Because of all of this i googled that technically you can use Win10 Home as a free endless trial ~ish with just some personalization restrictions such watermark on your desktop and such. Thus i made a decision to install a Win10 onti him PC with installer from official Microsoft site.

Now, due to quarantine (well, "self-isolation" is the used term, hello from Russia), me and my grandma stay at home. So, my brother's PC was brought to me for "maintenance".

After installing Win10, there is this part where you log into your account and make some adjustments such as voice recognition, geo-location (not sure about this term, it's that option that tracks where you're at). I turned off everything except for geo-location for reasons of ease of access to local news and such. BUT! Since, it all was done during a night, my brother was asleep. Thus, to complete the installation i had to log in with some Microsoft account, so i used mine. After a whole day of trying to delete my account from that PC and assign my brother's newly created one, i went with whole reinstall again. This time using brother Mic acc as a final log in at near the end of installation.

And now, when my brother's PC back at his place, Windows won't launch. Why can that be? Is it because first time i used my account and tied my licence to him BIOS (UEFI, yeah, i know)? And now due to PC being in a "different household" it's not gonna run?

So, to sum up.

• Installed Win10 on a second PC, login in with my Microsoft account
• Installed Win10 on a second PC, login in with proper (not my) account
• My PC with Licence still works as it was before
• Second PC worked fine at my place, but not loading Win10 at another household
• A week prior reinstalled Win10 on my PC leaving geo-location option on
• During installing Win10 on a second PC leaved geo-location option on

Now, mind you, intention is to buy Win10 Home once we have enough spare~ish money, which we don't have at the moment. And since Win10 is, as stated at Microsoft official site, technically free with restrictions, so what went wrong? Is it because of these circumstances or it might me a hardware problem?

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
