Windows 10: Windows 10 doesn't recognize some DVDs

So I upgraded my laptop to windows 10 from 7. And my DVD Driver was just working fine before I upgraded, After I upgraded my laptop wasn't recognizing some DVDs not all of them And I need the laptop to recognize it cause I'm trying to install windows in another PC,. so, Please give me any tips. <3

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

CD-ROM doesn`t work with win 10

This might have occurred due to corrupted\outdated DVD\CD-ROM driver.

Let us try the following steps, and check if it helps.

Step 1: Try updating the DVD\CD-ROM drives from device manager.

• Press Windows key + X and click on
  Device Manager.
• Expand DVD\CD-ROM drives.
• 
  Right click on the driver select
  Update Driver Software.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
  

Step 2: I suggest you to check and install if there is any latest firmware update for DVD drive from the computer manufacturer.
