Windows 10: Windows 10 doesn't see my HP 4520 wireless printer

    Windows 10 doesn't see my HP 4520 wireless printer


    I moved the location of my PC and printers, etc. yesterday, and now Windows will not add my HP 4520 printer in Devices>Printers and Scanners.
    It shows up under Network in File Explorer, and the driver software installs OK. It also works OK if I use HP Smart.
    In addition, I can print to it OK from my iPhone or iPad. Just not my PC.
    I spoke to HP Support, and they said it was my hub - BT Smarthub 6 - that was the issue as it jumps around using 2.4GHz and 5GHz. I told them that the exact same hardware was working perfectly together for a long time until yesterday. They told me to call BT and ask for them to separate my dual band broadband into 2.4 and 5 so that the printer woiuld always connect to 2.4.
    I am very sceptical of this advice as when I look at my Hub Manager page, the printer is always on 2.4GHz anyway.
    Any ideas, guys?

    HP 4520 Printer Offline

    My HP 4520 Envy printer says offline and will not print from Windows 10 on my laptop. It will print from other devices. Any suggestions on how I can fix this?
