Windows 10: Windows 10 doesn't shut down properly

Hi,I wonder if someone can help.Windows 10 doesn't shut down properly. I go thru the normal procedure of clicking 'shut down', blue screen, whirling time icon etc. Screen goes dark but power light and internet light stay on and the machine stays warm until I press power button for several seconds hard shut down and then it is finally off.So, I reset and Win 10 was reinstalled and it hasn't fixed the problem.It's running on a HP Pavillion TS 15 Notebook.Also if I shut the lid it doesn't 'sleep', it turns off but light on as above.I reinstalled 1 of the chipset drivers, the other I didn't beca

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Windows 10 doesn't shut down properly


I have a laptop ASUS Zenbook UX303LN. I made a clean install to Windows 10 and now it doesn't shut down properly.

When I shut it down, the screen goes black, but the power light remains on and I have to shut it down manually. Also, I sometimes cannot restart it when it goes to sleep and I also have to shut it down manually. This doesn't happen everytime, but most of the time. I previously had Windows 8.1 and did not have this problem. Actually, I'm considering changing back.

The OS and drivers are all up to date.

I have research this issue and the most common fixes are:

• Uncheck the "Turn on fast startup (recommended)"
• Use a shortcut for "shutdown /s /t 5"

I've tried both and the problem remains.
