Windows 10: Windows 10 dont maximize windows

hello,


I have a strange problem, i have 2 apps, Whatsapp and streamlabs OBS, first to happen was whatsapp, did not bother me so i left it like that but recently it happend also to Streamlabs OBS and im afraid it starts to go to other apps.


I open the app it appears full screen, taskbar is hiden, however it's in window mode. If i open the window menu the only options avaliable are to minimize or close, i cant restore or maximize. also the same options when have it minimized.


I tried everything, shortcut's dism image, SFC uninstalling the apps and install again, clean boot, safe boot disable the integrated graphic, disablibing multi monitor you name it. the thing just stays the same, and it prevents me to move it arroun freely theonly way i can move it to other monitors is wiht win + shift + arrow right. if i click on the title bar it just ignores me.



I have tried a lot of stuf, and im anoyed that i have to reinstall the whole thing whitout discovering what made it happen and taking the risk it may happen again.


See if some of you guru's can help the Portuguese guy.
