Windows 10: Windows 10 dpc_watchdog_violation

When i started my laptop this morning it started a little slow but it was fine, but when it was ready to use and i hovered my over the windows butten the screen froze. After a minute i got the blue screen with errorcode dpc_watchdog_violation. Now every time my pc restarts this happends when i press a butten or hover over the the bar at the botten of the screen. So i searched online for solutions but i have no external hardware plugged in and when i run in safemode the same thing happends. I’m not sure what else to do beceause everytime i want to try anything it freezes. I hope someone can help me with this problem.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
