Windows 10: Windows 10 drops connection to 0

hello everyone,i want to ask a fix for one of my frustrating problem i been had for some months, so to start off, i will say this that i have dual boot set up windows 10 and windows 11, the problem where i have is windows 10, where whenever i download anything, it can be games from steam, epic games, gog, standard downloads through google chrome, nvidia drivers download through geforce application, the internet drops and completely gets cut off like it got completely disabled, it shows in my wifi tab connected, secured and for ethernet no internet it does not disconnects me from my modem a

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things.

• What all troubleshooting steps have you done to resolve the issue?
• Are you getting any error message during internet disconnection?

I suggest you to follow the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to install all the latest pending Windows updates as below and check if it helps.

• Go to “settings” and click on “update and security”.
• Under tab “Windows update”, click on the icon “check for updates”.
• Then once you find the pending updates install it and check.

Method 2: I suggest you to follow the steps from the below article

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
