Windows 10: windows 10 DvD problem

Discus and support windows 10 DvD problem in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; my DVD player has stopped working on windows 10 and i have checked my driver and it is saying that my drivers are working properly can anyone help me...     Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Hi,

    I suggest you to refer to the below methods and check if it helps.

    Step 1: I suggest you to run Windows Media Player DVD troubleshooter.

    Windows Media Player DVD troubleshooter find and fix problems with playing DVDs in Windows Media Player.

    Steps:

    • Press Windows key, type troubleshooting
      and select it.
    • Click on View all in the left pane.
    • Click onWindows Media Player DVD and follow the onscreen instructions.

    Also Refer to the section Rip and burn CDs from:
    Windows Media Player

    Step 2: I suggest you to refer to the Microsoft help article about:
    Burn a CD or DVD in Windows Media Player
