Windows 10: Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation Edition 1809 upgrade to 1903 , unable to reserved user data.

My laptap is ASUS China mainland version(Genuine Windows10 Home Edition pre-installed).The hard disk was formated before the Enterprise Edition's installation. I downloaded the iso file, used the virtual drive created by the U disk to install Windows10 Enterprise Evaluation Edition 1809 (18362.30.190401-1528.19h1_release_svc_refresh_CLIENTENTERPRISEEVAL_OEMRET_x64FRE_en-us.iso). At present, there are more than 20 days left of the 90-day validity period. After the decompression,I run the "setup.exe" directly in the system desktop environment. But it showed "Your files, apps, and settings can't be kept because you're installing an edition of windows that's different than the one you 're currently using."


The version installed on this laptap and the version of the iso file are the same. What's the matter?

• Are you the one who installed the Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation or is already installed on your laptop?

• Are you using the Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation for home use or are you on a business environment?
• If you're on a business environment, are you one of the IT administrator on your company?

How to Reserve windows 10 while current version windows 8 Enterprise Evaluation

Hello

I have genuine windows 7 home edition but right now using windows 8 Enterprise Evaluation version i didnt upgrade to windows 8.1

Is it not possible to reserve using my genuine key of windows 7 and reserve windows 10 while being in current windows version 8.

Please let me know what should be my plan of action regarding this.

I want to get the Windows 10 reservation done as soon as possible.

Should i do a clean install again back to windows 7 or window 8.1 which would make me lose my work and software already installed.
