Windows 10: Windows 10 Enterprise will not update past 1809

HELP!! I need to update my Windows 10 Enterprise so that my Adobe programs will work. Adobe CC states my system needs to be upgraded to at least version 1903. When I use the Windows Update, it says I am current. Online I can see versions 1903 and 1909, etc. but my system will not upgrade. I've tried the Update Assistant and it says "Contact your system administrator to upgrade Windows Server or Enterprise Editions".

Microsoft to make Windows 10 updates mandatory

Well, at the moment at least, you can choose to defer upgrades. Under Settings > Windows Updates > Advanced options you need to check the box labeled "Defer upgrades". What does that do? Good question. The answer I've found might illuminate it to a degree.

I hear this only applies to Pro and Enterprise editions. But I can't verify that.

You are suggesting downloading the Windows creation tool. Enterprise was not on that list. Can I still use that to upgrade the Enterprise version install?
