    Windows 10/Epson WF-7710 Series Printer - Scan Problem


    Purchased Epson Printer WF-7710. Installed "correct" software/drivers. Can remote print from my laptop. When attempting to scan Image Acquisition error message comes up. Contacted Epson and confirmed Epson Event Mgr and Epson Scan 2 has been installed. Other Epson software has been installed correctly.. Any advice on how to address this Microsoft Windows 10 Image Acquisition - Error? Thank you in advance.

    • This error message has appeared for many months every time Windows Update runs
    • This error is occurring on a laptop running a 64 bit version of Windows 10. I have a desktop running a 32 bit version of Windows 10 and this message NEVER appears - the EPSON printer driver is installed on both machines
