Windows 10: Windows 10 error 0x000021a

My pc had some problem with windows 10 so, not being able to use the recovery tools, I decided to do a fresh installation of windows 10. So I used the media tool provided by Microsoft and used it to create a bootable image on a USB drive, the installation had some problems due to the driver where I wanted to install it not being formatted.

After that the installation went completely smoothly until at the end of the installation I got an error in system 32, I then tried to boot up the pc again and it gave me error 0x000021a, having searched online for a solution, I realized that it wouldn't let me access the recovery/repair screen, so I couldn't fix the problem, thus I am asking what I should do.

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
