Windows 10: Windows 10 error Code 0x80070643

Windows 10 crashed on Nov. 12th. Windows 10 was reinstalled by a Microsoft technician on Nov. 17th. After the reinstall I got an error code 0x80070643 and can not get latest Windows 10 updates. I received a warning message - "Keep the USB drive plugged in Only remove it after your PC has shut down. Otherwise your Windows To Go workspace might crash and you could lose data." I never installed or used Windows To Go. When I tried to Reset Windows I got a message that Windows could not be reset because the PC was using Windows to Go. When I checked "winver" to says Windows 10 Home Version 2
