  1. Windows 10 error

    Hi,

I have an error message when I try to delete or download anything.

The message is: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item."

I have called windows-support, but they didn't help me either, just said that I should update. (which I had already done)

I already have all the admin permissions, I have no Fire Wall enabled. I can't even do a hard reset, because I don't have the permission for that.

I also do not have a save point or something like that. I also can't run it in safe mode, and my own account is the main admin.

My laptop isn't a year old. Since the error is here, I am unable to update my drivers and the laptop keeps doing some weird stuff. The other day I was

on steam, and when I tried to play a downloaded game of mine, it just said it wasn't downloaded, even though I know it was, and could still play it via tool-beam (bad translation for the shortcuts bottom of the screen) and since the error, I also have to wait a solid 10 minutes after logging in where I can only see a black screen, when I use my cursor at that time, it'll show it but I will still be unable to do anything. Sometimes when I start up my laptop I get the Boot Menu (gray-blue screen menu).

    Laptop Specs:

    GeForce GTX 1050

Driver version (339.01) [Isnt updated because I can't]

    Inter(R) Core(TM) i7-7700HQ CPU @ 2.80GHz

    7.92 GB RAM

C drive has 780kb of space left (because I can't delete stuff)

D drive has 77GB of space left.

    Any more info? reply, please!!

    :)

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
