Windows 10: Windows 10 errors and issues

So I was trying to install a driver for my keyboard and it restarted to finish the installation. Next thing I know I get a blue error screen with "D:\Windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srtTrail.txt".

I can't boot my pc in normal or safe mode or I'll get another error screen saying "phase_1_ initialization_failed" and it restarts, getting stuck on a black screen.

All of the cmd promts I've tried have failed, saying a path is unavailable, there's been an error, or access denied.

Normally at this point I'd just give in and reset my computer, but my mom threw away my product key without realizing it and I can't access it in the command prompt.

Is there anything I can do to restore my computer despite all of these factors?

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

It's basically what I mentioned above, small issues here and there ,but nothing to end your day.. for the most part.

I know it's anecdotal, but for my experience 95% of the time it's perfectly fine. The issues I've run into wouldn't be enough for me to roll back , but they would be enough (had I not installed it yet) ,to avoid it for another couple weeks which is why I'm suggesting it to the OP

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
