Windows 10: Windows 10 Errors

I need help.

Few months ago i started getting adds and pop ups in every browser and game launchers like origin and pubg lite. And i only used to play pubg lite at that time. And i did nothing else with my pc at all. So i thought of resetting my pc but it gave me a error " There was a problem restting your pc". Then same with Fresh start.


I searched the internet and tried Sfc scan and DISM scan but even they are giving some errors. Now i tried to update it to windows 10 version 2004 and even it is stuck at 48 % while restarting. I have waited for more than 7 hours.

And tried updating three times.Two times with Update Assistant and 1 time with Media Creation tool. I am currently at version 1809.


Please help. Right now i am a lost and depressed soul.

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
