Windows 10: Windows 10: Explorer.exe Class Not Registered

Hello! I've had this problem for like two months now, it wasn't a big deal at first but now it's getting worse and worse. so basically I can't use my internet explorer, EXPLORER.exe takes a bit of time when I click the right mouse button on some kind of a file or image, I can't get in the settings system, I can't change reso and etc. I've tried all the FIXES that I found but none of them solved my issue, I can send screenshots if you guys want, I just want this problem to be fixed. I can't even use my microphone and speak with friends because of the last update. Teamspeak says that I have to give the permission in the settings, BUT the problem is I can't get in the settings system and enable it. I need HELP! please.

class not registered error in Windows 10

Hi when I started my Acer laptop this morning I get the message explore. exe. Class not registered. The only tab on the taskbar that works is File Explorer. Any ideas?
