    I am having issues with my automatic Windows updates. It seems that the updates for 8/2019 and 9/2019 are failing. Why is the download failing? How can it be fixed? Is my computer vulnerable without this update since I am not sure what the update is for?


    2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based

    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
