    Windows 10, Feature 1903, KB4515384


    When update applies, kills my ACER laptop, only get spinning balls on bootstrap, no safe mode available, could only do system Reset, put updates on hold, like BSOD but is failed bootstrap. My other 4 machines took it ok, some something about laptop/multi-touch or this ACER versus my others (Dell, Gigabit)… warning

    Windows 10 1903 Enterprise language bar disappear after login with 2019-09 cumulative update KB4515384 installed

    After (automatically) installing 2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 (KB4515384), the language bar disappeared after login. On the login screen it shows normally and can be used to switch languages. Running ctfmon has no effect. In addition,
    in the Language options, when choosing 'Add a keyboard' for Chinese (Simplified, China), all of the two keyboards are gray and cannot be added. Another new language (tested Chinese Traditional) can be added but when adding a new keyboard all options of keyboards
    are also gray.

    After uninstalling KB4515384 in appwiz.cpl (Programs and Features control panel) and restarting, the language bar appears normally and adding a new keyboard option is no longer gray.

    Windows edition: Enterprise

    Windows version: 1903 Build 18362.295 (after uninstalling the update)

    KB4515384 breaks Action Center

    same issue on my PC. I tried install KB4515384 on one of my workstation with no luck. Menu start stopped working with critical error and sign out demand. After uninstall latest CU problem with start
    menu was solved but action center won't open now. Windows 10 especially 1903 is the most bugged OS ever. I suggest stay at 18362.295 as long as possible or until all flaws will be finally fixed

    KB4515384 Windows 10 causes Critical error with Start Menu

    same issue on my PC. I tried install KB4515384 on one of my workstation with no luck. Menu start stopped working with critical error and sign out demand. After uninstall latest CU problem with start
    menu was solved but action center won't open now. Reinstalling update do nothing. Windows 10 especially 1903 is the most bugged OS ever. I suggest stay at 18362.295 as long as possible or until all flaws will be finally fixed
