Windows 10: Windows 10 feature update to 19/09 not showing up on update page

I have a small home network of six desktop machines three laptop machines and a old Samsong nc10 notepad all running Win10, the desktops run the PRO version one laptop the PRO and the other two laptops the Home version I am amazed the Samsung NC10 runs Win10 Pro but it does.

My problem is nine of the machines were offered the 10/09 feature upgrade on but the last machine the offer to upgrade has not appeared and the machine keeps saying it is up to date but it is on 19/03 and will not budge from this statement.

I expected to have problems with this on the machines as in the past the updates knocked out the network adapters on several desktops and one laptop (an old Toshiba Satellite) as the drivers were out of date and no new drivers were available which was solved by getting new adapters that worked with Win10 and for a while I had a working network.

Why does Microsoft force you to install updates that cause havoc with peoples machines when they have got their systems working as they want only to come along a few days later to find a update forced upon them which undoes all their tuning " As Microsoft thinks I knows best "


I would like to know when the final machine is getting the 19/09 update ?????????

Win10 updates

The initial one was KB3035583 to get the Get Windows 10 app (GWX). Though that particular update is probably pages upon dozens of pages down the list by now.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Win 10 Anniversary Update does not show in Windows Update

It's quite a big download, could be that they are putting it out in chunks to even out the stress on update servers. Manual upgrade always works if you download the ISO like said above. Still got a laptop that didn't get the anniversary upgrade yet aswell. Build 1511 seems to be getting all the security updates aswell still so no hurry with it really if you don't need the new features.
