Windows 10: Windows 10 File Explorer messed up. plz help

I don't know what I did to do cause it but my file explorer has been messed up.

I have tried running "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannnow" in CMD with privillages but (the writing that I paste doesn't contain sfc /scannow, idk if that's normal) it has come back again and again several times. I have read https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...y/4ea92f23-5680-4d3e-93a8-4c0aa7bc49b7?page=1 but it won't offer any solutions to the recurring problem I am facing. Can anyone tell me how to permanently fix this?

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows Explorer Replacement?

I don't use Internet Explorer, I meant the thing where you can look at files etc. Hotkey Windows+E. Maybe it's the wrong name in english though. *Stick Out Tongue

Since version 7 of the world`s most popular web browser - Microsoft Internet Explorer was silently renamed to Windows Internet Explorer.Such a step from Microsoft is not a surprise since Internet Explorer is part of the Windows operation system for a long time.Obviously Microsoft corp. wants to state that Internet Explorer is already considered as a part of Windows and not as an external browser (remember the IE and WMP law issues last year!?).
